The Finance department is responsible for the coordination of financial affiars for the city to include accounting, payroll, accounts payable, business license, cash management, investments, and landfill permits. The department serves City management, along with it various departments and agencies, by performing the many financial and accounting functions required in a proficient and timely manner and in compliance with Federal, State, and City laws and regulations in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles.
