City Administrator

The legislative body of the City of Lake City is comprised of a Mayor and six Council Members. The Mayor is elected at large and each Council Member is elected by district, and serve four year staggered terms.

The City Administrator is appointed by the City Council and serves as the Chief Executive Officer to carry out policies and oversee the daily business of the City.

Professionally qualified and experienced personnel head the departments, providing municipal services to the public. In addition, boards and committees comprised of area residents assist the City Council on various issues.
